Our people demonstrate industry-leading expertise

Across the NRL Group we’re committed to opening up opportunities for people from all walks of life, including actively identifying opportunities to trainees to join our teams to receive the training and support to develop their careers – as a proud signatory of the Social Mobility Pledge. Our Disability Confident Committed certification reflects the inclusive approach we take to work with every colleague to ensure they’re well supported in their roles.

We’re a Great Place To Work®

Across the NRL Group, we conducted an independent and confidential survey asking colleagues for their opinions on working for us, and an overwhelming 97% stated they believe it is a great place to work.
